The picture quality and night vision are good, the the program however, is not very user friendly. We are in the process of installing these cameras and every time we add one to the NVR it ends up in a random position on the grid. We figured out how to move the order around on the monitor we have connected to the NVR, but it doesn’t carry over to the app. What’s even more frustrating, is that from app to app, nothing is in the same order. On the iPad we have to show a grid of 9 just to see the 3 cameras we have installed thus far! And as far as we can tell, there is no way to reorder the cameras within the app. What good is surveilling your property, if you have to jump all around looking for a particular scene? Reolink, please fix this!

The camera is easy to get going. I did use a pro to install the system. They had to make cuts into the house. Once the camera is connected it comes on. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is I was only able to get a replacement camera via email. They are in Europe so the responses were late, but fast if you are on that time frame which I am. I would have preferred a contact number to call. The emails were very detailed and easy to follow. I had done all those before we corresponded, but had to go from step one tell we satisfied that the camera was broken.

Picture quality is impressive for the price!

Day film is really really good on a 4K TV. Night is just ok, a Lot of Ghosting- people walking but you can only see a faded silhouette of them. With in 5 months the Front Mouse USB died, not the mouse, the jack on the machine. Sound went dim on one of the cameras...I think it had something to do with the rain but its suppose to be an outside camera. I had to swap 2 (out of the 8) cameras when I first got this due to sound noise and they were Very good at technical support and the swap-So I have to give them credit for that Im going to guess that the real capture area is in the center of the camera- No matter where you put the detection area in the programming it will miss movement on the sides if it doesnt come into the middle of the frame.......This seems to be an issue with many other cameras. 1 thing that is very disappointing is that you cant really move the camera from the mount very well as it seems to not want to move or scrapes the plastic while you are moving it. 9 months later another camera died, just died for no reason. Cant even go back to look at the video to see if something happened because once it died so did ALL of its recorded videos >:( To get a replacement I need to pay to send back to them- this is after 30 days and up to 1 year, after 1 year you pay to return and them to send something to you (both ways). Cables are really cheap and now that I am stuck with this camera system I will have to spend more $$ to get better longer cables. Wait for a sale on Amazon and if something dies within 30 days send the whole thing back.

This is the 2nd reolink system i have bought from amazon and had to return. This one either has no HDD or has a defective one. Amazon customer service was awful, aa is the norm anymore. They wanted me to buy an external HDD and use that instead. I told them that waa absurd. Gonna try one last time, and if no luck then i am switching to Amcre$+.

I’ve had this system for over a year I have 16 cameras I’ve had to replace them quite frequently especially the ones on the outside they keep getting water corrosion they Aren’t sealed well for moisture which affects the cameras picture. Customer service is the absolute worst it’s a joke at most you can’t get anybody on the phone nobody will respond to the emails if they do respond is once every four or five days I’ve had to replace six cameras so far I have another six and need to be replaced and that’s been taken over two months to get those replaced do not order this crappy system I have the 4K cameras I have eight megapixel cameras I have 12 megapixel cameras all are problematic the system is slow the cameras aren’t synced trash.

The sound quality on them is amazing and the picture is crystal clear. They were super easy to set up and I had them up the day I got them. Bought them as a lightning deal and it was absolutely worth it.

This camera was a bit on the pricey side but the quality is very very good. Very clear images and wide angles. The set up and installation was simpler than our last system and was relatively easy. The system was already set up to plug and play. The app set up on phone was very easy but it totally drains your phone battery. This camera system is approx 30lbs shipping weight.

Perfect system for our needs!
