Greater than one weekI upgraded to this system from a system that had 720p and 1080p cameras. Ill be honest I cant see the difference in these 4k cameras and the 720p cams. The audio is terrible, the picture is grainy, and the zoom doesnt exist. I have attached photos of a yield sign that is IN MY YARD. You cant even make out the word on the sign. This is a sad sad sad system and I desperately wanted it to be good.

> 3 dayThey made some changes to new units and now records in 30 min segments which really eats up space. on 16 cams at 5MB cams only get about 8 days with 9GB storage (max is 12gb). older units recorded smaller packets Great cameras. Use for carwash locations and I can get license plates and good face pics. I can even see what type bills someone is using in my changer--I can catch the liars a lot easier now!

> 3 dayMy first 16 channel system all the cameras worked but the NVR had only 8 working channels. I contacted Reolink per email and they sent a replacement. It was not 4k like my original so I contacted them again and they sent a 4k replacement. Finally everything is working good .The camera pictures are not 4k but pretty good. The Reolink app on my Iphone works great. You can access and review your cameras very easily.Everything was easy to install just plug and play.Customer service will work with you till they get it right.

Greater than one weekI installed this in a duplex I share with a family member. Some areas area common and covered by the camaras as well as other vulnerable but independent areas. The family member also has a guest access account to see the camaras, but the nvr software does NOT allow to tailor or limit which camaras may be seen by which users. I wish this feature (which seems kind of obvious and not to hard to implement) was available. Wrote to the tech support and got a polite and quick answer saying it was not possible.

> 3 dayWe got the cameras almost a year ago. We really like them, the picture is nice and clear. And the price was not bad. We have family members who have different cameras and wished they got those instead. And we can watch and replay from our phones even if we arent home or see it on the tv at Home which makes it a bit bigger.

> 3 dayThis system will be fine if you are only using the cameras on your local network, but if you have any thoughts of using these cameras in standalone mode, or on another subnet, you should not buy this package. The cameras are add-on versions of the 410B. They do not have UIDs nor (according to Reolink support) do they allow use of the micro SD cards. They pretty much only work on the NVR or the local network. It is amazing that these cameras have the same model number, software version and configuration versions, but due to being different hardware they simply dont have certain features.

> 3 dayOverall very happy with this system. Other than running wires (which was a bear) the rest of the setup was easy. After connecting everything the system was up and running in seconds and I was able to see 360 around my house. The day quality is quite good and night-vision is OK, but good enough for my needs. I am out in the woods with no ambient street lighting so its quite dark. The AI is hit and miss. 99% of the time I get the correct motion alarms. Sometimes it misses and sometimes I get a false positive, but Im still working on it. All in all for the one stop shop, relative cost, easy set up and quality of images, I am very happy. It works. As far as tech support ... there is no manual and they really need one. There are a lot of settings and no real single place to find out what they all are and how to se them. It took a lot of search engine research to figure them out. At least as of right now, I would buy it again.
