Greater than one weekI have had this system installed now for a year and a half. ITS GLITCHY!! Installed with cats underground cable, super heavy duty. Made my own connections and theyre perfect. Single cable per camera. Cameras will randomly lose signal. Sometimes they come back on Sometimes not. Reset cams and NVR. Sometimes works. Bought 2 new cameras RLC-810A, my 8 camera kit came with 8 B800 cameras. Thought I was buying the same. Once again more problems. Tech support ( speaks terrible english) says the RLC-810A cams are not compatible with my NVR. THEY ARE COMPATABLE. Today I have 5 b800 and 2 RLC-810A installed and its working fine. Well see what happens tomorrow. Wouldnt buy again

> 3 daySystem is really good. One major flaw gives it 2 stars: flash is no longer supported, so you have to update the firmware to view from a browser. However, the firmware update on the site is inaccessible, literally the page forces you to login (so first make an account) then says you are unauthorized. Ill update my review if they fix this. Update: ok, they just dont have a version available yet, working with support to get a pre-release. Ill update again if I can get it to work. Update 2: Flash is not required after the firmware upgrade. Only major criticism is that the video navigation is more painful than necessary, so if you’re trying to check a time stamp or see an alert or set zoom, everything will be reset constantly. Only 4 stars because if that.

> 3 daySo the system I installed for one of my clients was a 4K POE 16-CH system. After 2 days of use 1 of the cameras stopped showing up on the monitor but would buffer in and out via remote view on her phone. My first thought maybe the cat 5 line was bad, so I tested the line and it passed. I email Reolink warranty department to get a replacement camera and that didn’t go as planned. I’ve did all of the troubleshooting, sent pics, sent videos, via 4 back and forth emails from Reolink. And they still want me to do more troubleshooting. Smh.... This is a complete inconvenience. I was going to use them for my go-to camera brand but not with all this run-around crap. Update: 10/27/20. Warranty department helped me out on this purchase and my future purchases. Will shop with them again.

> 3 dayIve come to realize that the most informative reviews are often the bad/worst reviews. This is going to be the most accurate depiction of how the company handles itself when, and if there is a problem. Take my advice, Reolink is horrible. I should have paid more attention to the bad reviews in my consideration of this product. It would have saved me time, money, and alot of headaces. I spent a significant amount of time installing this system in a commerical warehouse and in the end- I dont have a system that actually records. Everything functioned except the recording function. I troubleshot everything I could on my own, including reading all the Reolink FAQs and troubleshooting guides. I finally determined that the HDD wasnt functioning and contacted Reolink. Intially they responded and asked me to check a few things that I had already been through. I advised step by step what I had done and they responded that someone in the RGA dept would contact me. That was a few weeks ago and despite multiple follow up emails, no reponse, nada. I have had to scour and find my own parts to the tune of a few hundred dollars. This is unacceptable and if I didnt have some many hours installing and running cable- I would sent this garbage back. The picture is ok, nowhere near 4k despite using HDMI from the NVR to the 4k monitor and extenders on the long runs of cat5e cable. Do yourself a favor, pass on by this company and make another product selection. Its simply not worth the risk.

> 3 dayI live in a turn of the century farmhouse. 1907. Thick wall. Lots of walls. The wireless system I was using kept losing signal. After researching, decided to try these PoE cameras. While a bit of a pain to run cables from inside, to basement, to outside the house, it was worth it. Never lose signal. Pictures is amazing at 4k. Night vision is easily 100 feet and clear as glass. It just worked out of the box, no hassles. (I did upgrade to CAT6 Cables. 300 ft.) The android app actually looks better than my TV screen. For remote access, its nearly identical to being on my wifi at home with the mobile app and my cell phone away from home. Cameras open fairly quickly, and still have great picture. On 4g anyway. This is the 3rd security system Ive bought. First 2 were wireless. This will be the last system Ill have to buy for quite awhile. I was hesitant to spend this kind of money at first, but it was worth it.
