> 24 hourJune 26th Update: After speaking with customer service over email, they agreed to help with the broken camera situation and sent another one aslong as I sent in the broken camera. The customer service over email was very cooperative. Overall I recommend buying these cameras, since the company is helpful if something were to happen to the cameras. Original Review: I bought these cameras in late April and they worked fine the first few weeks. Setting them up was pretty easy and the UI on computer isnt the best but it works. Im giving these cameras a 1 star because after 3 weeks one of the cameras was turning off and on by itself struggling to stay on. I changed the cable that was connected to it and even swapped out which port it was connected to, but it did absolutely nothing. The camera continued to struggle for another 2 or 3 weeks and just stopped working. I called their customer support and the worker was pretty rude after I explained the entire broken camera situation. He then told me to email their customer support and theyll solve the camera issue. Ive emailed their customer support and am still waiting for a reply. After paying nearly $900 for these cameras, Im very disappointed with these cameras as well as their customer support. Ill update this review after I hear back from them.

> 24 hourAfter years of use I dropped 1 star. Though they have great customer service I didnt think Id have to contact them so much. A few cameras (1 from this original order) didnt work but were replaced quickly. Most of the hardware and set up was easy to use. Their software however is really bad. very buggy on the computer and on the phone. Constantly crashes or glitches, loads playback really slowly. EVerything is local so the internet should not be an issue yet they claim its my 1 gigabit connection hooked up with CAT9 heavy duty cables. I already purchased 2 systems and several additional cameras for multiple properties and the ease of set up is excellent. But this weak software has just been so horrendous that I am here changing my review. In 3 years I hope to to upgrade and not downgrade the stars. Original subject and body of review Easy set up, plenty of wires and parts. Image quality is meh for 4K Comes with everything you need and some extra, easy set up and configuration, but the image quality is mehh for 4K HD. I think the regular version cameras are fine to use too.

> 24 hourSo far so good. Purchased the bullet style camera so can’t say anything about dome ones. I didn’t use the supplied cat5e cables. I ran a quality cat6 cable and tested each cable so I know my cable is good. After install I updated the nvr and camera firmware. Picture quality is awesome during the day . Night vision is ok but was Improved once I adjust and brightness. Tech support can’t say, never used it. I like the camera set. So far I have installed 2 systems and both are great. I worked on a system that had amcrest. Good luck with there junk. They had a 8 channel dvr and their system says supports 16 but need a switch. Yeah good luck with their slow choppy videos and nvr that can’t handle the load. This is a better buy. If your on the fence between reolink and amcrest get the reolink. You will be happy. Several months and this system is still working with zero issues. Dont know why some people have issues with the nvr. Make sure to update the cameras and nvr.

> 24 hourYou can see from the picture that there is a 1/4 of water in the camera the lines is fogy and it burnt out the night vision of the camera. I emailed them about this situation and another have had no response from them. There is no phone # its all on line. There Web sight could be a lot better hard to navigate. They say the cameras are weather proof but looking at some other clients they say they are not. Easy to set up but terrible customer support. Well after some Time they were able to help me out, something about an e-mail problem They did replace the camera and it works well. A contact # would be helpful. Im Happy.
