The texture of fastchews is about the same as sweet tarts/smarties. The flavors are great- not too salty like other hydration items I have tried. Peach is my favorite flavor, but if you prefer something more subtle/sweeter— try watermelon! These fast chews got me through my first summer running (and then fall/winter, too). I’m an excessive sweater no matter what I’m doing, but these save the day! They are like a little candy pick-me-up. Pop two in, chew, drink some water and keep on going for as long as you need!

I have not had leg cramps or fatigue when I play pickleball or tennis when I chew 2 of these before I play. Amazing product for electrolytes!!!

This didnt do as much for me as Id hoped but the taste was pretty good. Great ingredients and an amazing company! Just not for me. I still recommend it.

Perfect for dysautonomia! My doctor suggested salt loading before a bath/shower to eliminate symptoms. Im not fond of the salty drinks and this product is the perfect alternative. Each tab is only 50mg of salt, so I do use several servings at a time which can get expensive. Still, the lower salt content of each tab keeps the taste from being too overwhelming. They are super convenient. I keep a bottle in my purse for outings.

I’ve been using SaltStick for years now and it has drastically improved my performance on long days or hard workouts! I use them every day whether I’m working out or just have a busy day at work to help keep me hydrated and my sodium levels at a good level!

I LOVE the Fast Chews. These chews have saved me during most of my runs and do not upset my stomach. The only bad thing is I haven’t found a flavor I don’t like, so I usually just buy them all!

I purchased this product for my first marathon. I am extremely happy with this product. Easy to use and the mild watermelon flavor was perfect. I had never used a salt tab or an electrolyte tab previous to purchasing this item. Instead of filling my water hydration vest with electrolytes, I filled it with water and carried these tabs. I popped the first two tabs after an hour of running. Subsequently, I took one tablet ever 30- 45 minutes thought the entire race. I carried a total of 20 tabs with me but didn’t use all of them. I did not have any issues with cramp. On my 15mile plus training runs, I would get very nausea afterwards but I didn’t feel that way after my marathon. I attribute this to the electrolyte tabs. They did take a while to dissolve which is why I gave them a 4 because after a while, they irritated the underside of my tongue and cheek. Other than that, I highly recommend these tablets!

These help my teen with POTS/ dysautonomia within about 5-10 minutes! There are days when they cant get out of bed, & these FastChews make it happen. They are a HUGE blessing! We keep some in our kitchen, next to our teens bed, & in her purse... along with a couple tubes of powdered electrolytes & some salt capsules. They taste good too :)! We WILL purchase them again!

A heavy night out? Take 2 of these and a large glass of water before bed. Repeat this in the morning depending on how you feel. Really alleviates symptoms. Its also great for exercise or anytime youre just feeling dehydrated. You can feel it working pretty much right away.
