I’ve tried other salt products in the past but these are seriously so good! They remind me of a pina colada and nothing like salt. Will definitely be buying again.

Fast chews have been a game changer for me. I used to cramp pretty badly transitioning from biking to running during triathlons. I’m not the best at taking in water based electrolytes but these fast chews change that. They’re great addition to water based electrolytes on super hot days as well.

After telling a friend about getting mental fogginess and severe fatigue during long runs, he asked if I was a salty sweater. I’ve been called worse, so I took no offense. But, in fact, yes! After a hot long run, I find salt residue in my clothing and on my skin. So my friend suggested using SaltStick products, and — bam — problem solved! I’ve never run longer than 10k without a supply of SaltStick on hand.

I have not had leg cramps or fatigue when I play pickleball or tennis when I chew 2 of these before I play. Amazing product for electrolytes!!!

Watermelon flavor is not good.

These help my teen with POTS/ dysautonomia within about 5-10 minutes! There are days when they cant get out of bed, & these FastChews make it happen. They are a HUGE blessing! We keep some in our kitchen, next to our teens bed, & in her purse... along with a couple tubes of powdered electrolytes & some salt capsules. They taste good too :)! We WILL purchase them again!

Flavor isnt great, but works instantly. Its just hard to transport cuz it crumbles to dust.

These little fastchews are fantastic! They have helped me through many races - from 10Ks to Half Marathons to a 50K relay. Easy to pack into your pockets and pop in your mouth when needed and the peach is soooo yummy you could almost eat it like candy! Ive also used these in the middle of the night when my legs and feet start cramping out of nowhere. Pop one of these bad boys and its works fast to help relax the muscles. Highly recommend!

Love the flavor and small enough to easily carry on the run. I use these on long runs or when its hot out to help keep from cramping and to stay properly hydrated (along with water).
