> 3 dayElectrolytes especially getting enough salt during an adventure or workout is important for endurance. Lemon lime fast-chews, one of my favorite flavors, is easy to eat while on the go.

> 3 dayThese salt/electrolytes tabs are great for runs, hikes, or workouts. I particularly use them when on road or trail runs. I have a tablet every 15-30 minutes. Running in the Texas summer heat can be brutal, but these tabs keep me going. Staying hydrated is a must if you want to perform.

> 3 dayI love these chewable electrolyte tablets. They taste good, but more importantly, they really work! I took them while hiking in Petra, Jordan, and in Egypt and never felt dehydrated. I use them at home too.

Greater than one weekI moved to a hot and humid region about three years ago. The heat has been so hard on me that I have had to cut my running from about 40 miles a week down to 20 miles a week because my body ached so much during my runs. Not just my legs at the end of a long run, but my entire body just aches and aches during short runs. I knew that the issue was hydration, but water alone wasnt cutting it, even Smartwater. I ended up suffering from kidney stones, which my doctor attributed to general dehydration. A coworker suggested I look into some sort of electrolyte replenishing product to take during my runs. I did some research and was able to pick up a couple of sticks of Saltstick caps at a running event. I tried them on a long run on a not terribly warm, yet still humid day (68 degrees, about 80% humidity). I took two chews with about a cup of water 30 minutes before I ran a 1:45 run, and I ate one chew with a drink of water every 15 minutes during my run. The results were UNBELIEVABLE! I had NO ACHES or SORENESS at all during the run. I felt the natural fatigue in my legs at the end of my run, but I did not have any of the upper body soreness or overall aches Id typically experienced when running under those conditions. I tested the chews again under warmer conditions (90 minute run, 74 degrees, 90% humidity), which were perfect conditions for the general soreness I began experiencing when I moved here. For this run, I took two chews with about a cup of water 30 minutes before I ran, and I ate TWO chews with a drink of water every 15 minutes during my run. Again, I had the natural fatigue at the end of my run, but I had NO general aches or soreness! I feel like these chews have changed my life and I am so relieved that I can start working my way back up to my former running volume! The one minor caveat I have about the chews is that I have noticed that the following day I need to go to the bathroom far more often than usual, but that is worth it for the relief these chews have brought me.

> 3 dayI suffer headaches after basketball, volleyball, jogging and riding bikes. Im 50 y/o but still play like Im in my 20s, so I dont take it easy. I used to drink water (with himalayan salt) and Gatorade just to sustain myself but I always suffer after. I read reviews about electrolyte tabs and the reviews for this product so I figured let me try, I have nothing to lose. And so I did, my very first road bike ride this year (without preparation), a 45-mile round trip from GWB in Fort Lee, NJ to Tappan Zee (now Cuomo) bridge and back. I took this tablet every 20-30 minutes while riding. I didnt really start cramping until we were 9 miles to the starting point, it was my fault as I never prepped for this ride and I also ran out the electrolyte tablets and water (brought 2 bottles). I did suffer from a mild headache when I got home but still mostly my fault. I know I wouldnt have made it back if it wasnt for these tablets. I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayAfter telling a friend about getting mental fogginess and severe fatigue during long runs, he asked if I was a salty sweater. I’ve been called worse, so I took no offense. But, in fact, yes! After a hot long run, I find salt residue in my clothing and on my skin. So my friend suggested using SaltStick products, and — bam — problem solved! I’ve never run longer than 10k without a supply of SaltStick on hand.

Greater than one weekFast chews have been a game changer for me. I used to cramp pretty badly transitioning from biking to running during triathlons. I’m not the best at taking in water based electrolytes but these fast chews change that. They’re great addition to water based electrolytes on super hot days as well.

> 3 dayI am a salt sweater and salt stick has been the most effective fueling strategy for me during marathon training and during my marathon race. Its especially helpful on those hot summer days. The lemon lime is my favorite flavor!

> 3 dayI really like this product. The taste is really tasty and doesn’t taste too salty. I usually only have to chew on two tablets and my cramps go away and stay away. This product is great for races and exercising.
