> 3 dayThese salt tabs taste good and are great for electrolyte replacement. I use them when Im running long distances. The only reason for 4 stars is because the packaging is inefficient if youre running. Better off buying the individual packaged tabs if youre packing for a long run, or put them in a baggie.

> 3 dayActually taste really good. I was worried it was Going to taste to salty because of the previous reviews I read. Overall taste really good and made my legs stop feeling crampy and heavy while running. Also did not make me thirsty after eating.

> 3 dayIm a runner who sweats a lot, and Ive been using these SaltStick FastChews for a few years now -- they are a life saver. I keep a container in my running bag, and always put a few in my hydration vest for long runs (and almost any run during the summer months). They taste great, are easy to pop into your mouth (no messy powder that youre trying to put into your water bottles), and it provides me with the necessary sodium and electrolytes I need while Im out on the trails. I cant recommend these enough. If youre having trouble with muscle cramps or even bonking on long runs, give these a try.

> 3 dayI have restless legs and cramps almost every night. Ugh! I recently bought a bottle and would take just one and got instant relief. I gave some to an elderly friend who was experiencing the same problem and he said he took one of them at bedtime and didnt have any cramps until 5:00 a.m. the next morning. He was grateful to get through almost the whole night. I ordered a bottle for him!

Greater than one weekThese are a must for any of my long runs especially when it’s hot out! These taste pretty good, I don’t dread eating them. I don’t always like electrolyte drinks but if I just drink water I find myself feeling pretty sick these have really helped. I can drink just water and then use these and stay well hydrated.

> 3 dayThe taste of the peach flavor reminds me of a salty version of sour peach gummies. The consistency is more like the large size sweet tarts...dry and a bit powdery. I tolerate these better than gatorade, and can drink water shortly after. They do not upset my stomach like salt tabs sometimes do. I often feel better after only a few minutes. I tried them in the heat today and they worked well.

> 3 dayI moved to a hot and humid region about three years ago. The heat has been so hard on me that I have had to cut my running from about 40 miles a week down to 20 miles a week because my body ached so much during my runs. Not just my legs at the end of a long run, but my entire body just aches and aches during short runs. I knew that the issue was hydration, but water alone wasnt cutting it, even Smartwater. I ended up suffering from kidney stones, which my doctor attributed to general dehydration. A coworker suggested I look into some sort of electrolyte replenishing product to take during my runs. I did some research and was able to pick up a couple of sticks of Saltstick caps at a running event. I tried them on a long run on a not terribly warm, yet still humid day (68 degrees, about 80% humidity). I took two chews with about a cup of water 30 minutes before I ran a 1:45 run, and I ate one chew with a drink of water every 15 minutes during my run. The results were UNBELIEVABLE! I had NO ACHES or SORENESS at all during the run. I felt the natural fatigue in my legs at the end of my run, but I did not have any of the upper body soreness or overall aches Id typically experienced when running under those conditions. I tested the chews again under warmer conditions (90 minute run, 74 degrees, 90% humidity), which were perfect conditions for the general soreness I began experiencing when I moved here. For this run, I took two chews with about a cup of water 30 minutes before I ran, and I ate TWO chews with a drink of water every 15 minutes during my run. Again, I had the natural fatigue at the end of my run, but I had NO general aches or soreness! I feel like these chews have changed my life and I am so relieved that I can start working my way back up to my former running volume! The one minor caveat I have about the chews is that I have noticed that the following day I need to go to the bathroom far more often than usual, but that is worth it for the relief these chews have brought me.

> 3 dayI was just diagnosed with POTS and my friend with the same disordered recommended I try these chews. I ordered two flavors, the peach and the watermelon. I was pleasantly surprised by the peach and really enjoyed the flavor. However the watermelon is DISGUSTING. It takes fake, bitter, and has a grainier texture than the peach. The peach however is amazing! Both work, I just cant stand the flavor of the watermelon. It makes me want to puke!
