I had the chance to try Fast Chews a few years ago and I’ve never wanted to try anything else. In my latest half marathon trail race, pacing my Fast Chews and taking them at specific intervals really helped me from bonking in the last 2 miles which is what happened when I pre-ran the trail a few weeks prior. These little chews helped me greatly in ways theyre not intended, lol. I wish these were around when I was an avid runner, I could definitely see them helping with muscle cramps. I had a temporary problem with low sodium levels due to cancer complications, and bought these to help with raising my sodium levels until I got prescription relief -- they helped !

I live in Houston, Texas but Im from Seattle- when I first moved here I couldnt figure out why I kept cramping up on long runs. My dietician recommended I try adding more electrolytes into my runs, and I started taking SaltStick FastChews. They work PERFECTLY. These help my teen with POTS/ dysautonomia within about 5-10 minutes! There are days when they cant get out of bed, & these FastChews make it happen. They are a HUGE blessing! We keep some in our kitchen, next to our teens bed, & in her purse... along with a couple tubes of powdered electrolytes & some salt capsules. They taste good too :)! We WILL purchase them again!

I have been using these for the past year for when Im racing motorcycles. I have a 17lb leather suit when I race and when it’s hot and humid outside I pop 2 of the tablets before I go out and it makes a huge difference on my performance levels. I will ALWAYS have these with me when I’m riding

Tastes great (pineapple coconut flavor). Dissolves easily, did not upset my stomach. Will definitely buy again. Update: Ive had these for about a month and I am obsessed. Ive pretty much switched to these instead of Gatorade or Nuun, just remember you need to be drinking water with these tablets. Theyre lightweight and easy to throw in a bag. Theyre really easy to eat while hiking or exercising (just dont choke!) or after a workout for recovery. Ive tried the pineapple coconut and watermelon flavors, I liked pineapple coconut the best but both were good. So glad I heard about these!

Im a runner who sweats a lot, and Ive been using these SaltStick FastChews for a few years now -- they are a life saver. I keep a container in my running bag, and always put a few in my hydration vest for long runs (and almost any run during the summer months). They taste great, are easy to pop into your mouth (no messy powder that youre trying to put into your water bottles), and it provides me with the necessary sodium and electrolytes I need while Im out on the trails. I cant recommend these enough. If youre having trouble with muscle cramps or even bonking on long runs, give these a try.

The flavor is pretty good but the texture is like chalk. I thought they would be chewy like a skittle. They are also too sweet in my opinion but they work well. I wish they were more potent/have more electrolytes in them but they do the job!

The taste is great. They really helped me with marathon training. Part of my daily routine now.

I love this company’s products. This one tastes delicious, but it does not work as well as the Vitassium fast chew electrolyte tablets in grape or tropical punch. Still a great buy, but if you are doing a hard core work out or tend to get salt depleted, go for the grape or tropical punch chews from the same company.
