Perfect for dysautonomia! My doctor suggested salt loading before a bath/shower to eliminate symptoms. Im not fond of the salty drinks and this product is the perfect alternative. Each tab is only 50mg of salt, so I do use several servings at a time which can get expensive. Still, the lower salt content of each tab keeps the taste from being too overwhelming. They are super convenient. I keep a bottle in my purse for outings.

I take 2-3 of these while I am on my long runs. I can say not only do they taste good but they make me feel less dizzy and keeps my energy up.

A heavy night out? Take 2 of these and a large glass of water before bed. Repeat this in the morning depending on how you feel. Really alleviates symptoms. Its also great for exercise or anytime youre just feeling dehydrated. You can feel it working pretty much right away.

I have restless legs and cramps almost every night. Ugh! I recently bought a bottle and would take just one and got instant relief. I gave some to an elderly friend who was experiencing the same problem and he said he took one of them at bedtime and didnt have any cramps until 5:00 a.m. the next morning. He was grateful to get through almost the whole night. I ordered a bottle for him!

I eat these a few times a day and my sodium levels, which used to be low, are now normal! Low sodium levels can cause seizures or other problems. I feel a burst of energy when I take a couple of these.

The taste of the peach flavor reminds me of a salty version of sour peach gummies. The consistency is more like the large size sweet tarts...dry and a bit powdery. I tolerate these better than gatorade, and can drink water shortly after. They do not upset my stomach like salt tabs sometimes do. I often feel better after only a few minutes. I tried them in the heat today and they worked well.
