SAMSUNG 850 EVO 250GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-75E250B/AM)

Awesome performance for the money, hard to beat. I set up two in RAID 0 and benchmarked - 7901 in performance through Taskmark. Can boot to windows 8 and load photoshop in under 14 seconds. Awesome!

I have this in a PC I built a short while ago and I love the speed of the start up with the solid state drive. Using a regular PC got to the point that I didnt bother because how long it took for the startup, but with this its only 10-20 seconds I believe. I also have other decent hardware that help but this was a no regret purchase for sure!

Installed this in my mid-2012 macbook pro alongside 8gb of ram. The difference is amazing. Of course the ram helped( I installed them at different times to see the effects of each), but this really stepped my computers performance up. My start up time is about 47 seconds from who knows how long of pin wheels and screens showing up that I cant use yet... Shutdown takes three seconds instead of pinwheels and... you get it. So far so good. I will update this review if anything happens, but so far I have no negatives.

Best SSD in the market at the moment in my opinion, for its price and performance. Though there are less pricey options, but i dont think theyll be as good of quality and speedy as the Samsung 850 Evo.

Best ssd for the price. Long live to this technology. Makes your computer run really fast. Better than upgrading RAM. This is the first thing you should upgrade on a pc. I cant even think of mechanical hdds.

If you havent made the jump to a SSD yet, do it. Its by far the number one best upgrade that you can make to your computer. It will make it feel like a completely different machine no matter what the specs are. This drive has been excellent and has gave me zero problems.

I bought this in September 2015 and it has been a great drive. Very fast and easy to install.
