Had it a month, installed into a Xeon workstation thats a couple years old and works amazingly well. Win10 Pro boots up and is functional from pressing power button in 13 seconds and most of that is the bios stuff. Installing software or doing updates feel almost instant. After a month or so of daily use, had no issues with it.

I have several of these, yet to have one fail or read even really see the lifespan move on them after nearly 4yrs.

It locked up on me as I was using secure erase on the SSD. Had to send it to Samsung to get it fixed. Very little hassle on my part and was free of charge. SSD works perfectly fine now after the repair (which took about a week).

Great price for an SSD. Ive never had an issue with it. Works very fast for a really fair price. I have multiple of them and all work great.

I would have given this a 5 but I purchased 4 of them at the same time and 1 out of 4 wasnt as reliable as the other 3. In my case, I use them in a Dell C6105 server which has 4 nodes that have 6 drives each. I put one of each SSD in one node. One of the EVO 850s would look like it was fine but would after some time just go away so that my server wouldnt recognize it. Even if I ran Disk Manager in Window Server 2012 R2 and did a rescan IT WOULD NOT SHOW. Only after a hard reboot would the drive be recognized again. I was going to request an RMA from Amazon but had just gotten my SAN Digital RAID/JBOD tower with A SAS 6GB interface and thought that I would try it in there. It should be noted that this particular SSD was tried in every node and this was the only one that performed a disappearing act. Once I moved it to the SAS tower it worked with no issues. Hence I kept it.

Works perfectly in my Late 2009 Mac Mini.

What a nice little piece of tech! This beautiful little drive is fantastic! I want to buy another, really! (I built a full-size tower that has another space for one of these solid state drives.) It makes loading and running the OS an absolute breeze. No kidding, my OS is up and operating in under just over five seconds from the time I turn my computer on. Its THAT fast!

Put this in my 2010 Toshiba Qosmio along with some new RAM and all I can say is WOW. After these two simple upgrades I updated to Windows 10 and this laptop still blows all my friends more current laptops. Coming from an old HDD this thing is CRAZY FAST.

This is currently being used as a boot dive on my primary PC. This was one of the fastest SATAIII drives around at time of purchase. I could not be happier.

There is a reason this SSD gets high consumer marks.
