> 24 hourso this vacuum works great easy to use and easy to store the only problem I see is when using it and you must attend to something else for a minute it wont stand up and stay up on its on it just keeps falling to the ground so you must place it against something or lay it on the floor.

> 24 hourWhile this is a good vacuum, I wanted one to use in the kitchen. This vacuum is very heavy and the handle is so long it is somewhat hard to control the head in small spaces because it is several feet away from me . It would be good for someone 6 feet tall who wants a lot more power than I need to pick up crumbs!

> 24 hourI purchased two (2) of these vacuums, one for my mothers house and one for my condo. We had two Orecks, but the collar that holds the two pieces of the vacuum together just kept breaking. At work, I eat popcorn and some of it ends up under my desk. The cleaning people use this Shark vacuum to clean our building. I went to the supply cabinet where they keep their Shark vacuum and borrowed it to get up all the popcorn from under my desk. I then proceed to vacuum the rest of my office. It works great! Lightweight, plenty of suction, and the head swivels, so it is very easy to maneuver. I am very happy with this vacuum, and I think you will be too. 100% recommended. 5 stars!

> 24 hourDoes a great job around our house...much easier to operate than our Shark Navigator. Only issue is, Shark doesnt list any HV370 numbers and currently no way to purchase filters, hook or parts

> 24 hourSo easy to use and store and has great suction. The attachments are very useful and are great if you have carpeted steps. I had to learn to lean it against the wall in storage so it wouldnt fall, but them I realized that you can take off the top section and hook it to the vacuum at the bottom. Its also nice that you can see the amount of dirt that ends in the container at the top! I dont know about the durability since Ive only had it for a month or so.

> 24 hourI love how I can finally get under all of the beds a lot of the furniture without remodeling the house. My only gripe is that there is no way to store/carry the attachments, which I use a lot. Somewhat inconvenient to truck them from room to room, but keeps the vacuum very light. I dont even mind the smaller compartment because I am guaranteed to empty it after each use. It is great for a house with 3 dogs and an indoor/outdoor cat. I like how the top hooks on the bottom for storage. Tiny and powerful.

> 24 hourI love this vacuum. It glides so smoothly and it really gets the job done. I’m making a short pros and cons list just so you have all the facts before purchasing, but I would definitely recommend! Pros: Smooth, cleans up efficiently, great for carpet, rugs, and hard floors. Cons: Very top heavy; not has thin & sleek as pictured; does not stand up on its own when storing because it is so top heavy. I have to lean it against a wall and then put something else in front of it or else it will literally roll and fall down.

> 24 hourI was looking for a small vac that I could use on my hardwoods floors and get under furniture with, while standing, as my back problems preclude bending over. This vacuum doesnt work well for that. First of all, note to self: Never buy a vacuum cleaner without a retractable cord. The cord is endlessly in the way when trying to use this machine. There isnt even a practical place to wind the cord on, so that you have to wrap it around the handle, which means you have to unwind the cord most of the way in order to hold the vacuum. I tried looping the cord in one hand and holding the vac in the other, but the unit is so heavy and clumsy to work with that its hard to deal with the cord at the same time. The larger problem is that the attachments dont work adequately. The roller attachment is too large for corners and small spaces, and constantly gets stuck in the upright position, so that I have to press it down with my foot to flatten it so as to vacuum under furniture. The smaller attachment doesnt bend at all, making it mostly useless because you cant get the angle right for it to rest flat on a surface, and therefore there isnt enough suction when using that attachment. None of the attachments, including the roller, pick up enough dust from bare floors. I think the suction probably would be adequate, but the poor design of the attachments mean that you never get enough contact with the floor to really remove the dust. Overall, the unit is clumsy and top-heavy and hard to hold, and with the cord in the way and the useless attachments, this doesnt work as anything other than a handheld dust-buster.
