> 3 dayThis stuff is awesome, got it because it was a recommendation and affordable. I wish i knew about this stuff a long time ago. You just coat the tip of your soldering iron or hot knife and it coats and protects them so the tips stay like new. Ill never be without this at my work bench again.

> 3 dayWorks well! The consistency is like dried-up brown sugar in an old box. You just put the tip of your hot iron in and it will melt onto the tip and form a very nice tinning. Worked great for me! Plenty of product in the slightly smaller than a half dollar sized tin for multiple applications. Kinda like a small tin of flux?

> 3 dayI had trouble tinning my solder (it kept balling up). I bought this to help. I use it in combination of rosin on my wires. It works great. The solder (when applied) is almost like painting it on the wires

> 3 dayBought this in tandem with a brass wool sponge to maintain my soldering tips. I found that the brass sponge worked better so this isnt getting much use for me, but still a decent product.

Greater than one weekFirst time using this product and was 100% astonished and totally pleased with the product. Tinning my iron has never been so easy and effective! I wont be without this product for my soldering needs ever again.

Greater than one weekReally gets the heat going! Makes the tip much more conductive. For example, Id put solder up to an un-tinned tip, it would work, but solder would take a second to melt, this makes the solder turn to liquid on contact.

> 3 dayThis stuff is great, one dip and your iron is instantly Tinned and ready to go or to store away. Only downside is the tin is rather small.
