> 3 dayThis tinning paste works perfect, however, for the money, you dont get very much. If you look carefully at the description, it only contains 20 grams of product or .8 oz. The container is 1.5 inches diameter. Dont get me wrong, its not very much but it works great.

> 3 dayWorks great! Im using some fairly cheap tips, but this is keeping them shiny and un-corroded. I use lead-free solder, so I tend to run at higher temps and that has the unfortunate tendency to burn up cheap tips fairly quickly. This and a brass sponge, and its doing great!

> 3 dayAlways used this brand tip tinner for years. Will not stick to tips on the Weller WE1010 now. After applying the tinner, solder will not melt on tip or adhere to tip. Really disappointed.

> 3 dayI dont know if its my technique or what but I destroy my tip frequently. Oxidation just builds up and it wont melt any solder. When that happens I clean the tip the best I can either with a wire brush or fine sandpaper, heat up the iron, stick it in this stuff, and it makes my tip like new again.

> 3 dayWorks great, just heat up the soldering iron tip and plug it into the cake inside the can and it tins the tip perfectly.

> 3 dayI was amazed at how effective this is in cleaning and tinning my soldering iron used for stained glass. I wish it was deeper or a wider container so it could touch more of the tip. Amazing product.

> 3 dayIm not that great at soldering but was determined to level up my skills during covid. This was the missing piece. Nobody every told me to use tip tinner, but I saw it on a youtube video and did some research. Turns out I wasnt that bad, I just didnt understand some basic proper care things for my iron. Now I have no problems.

> 3 dayEven after I had used sandpaper on the tip (before knowing this was wrong) this tinner immediately rejuvenated it. Best stuff ever! I wish I had known about it years ago.
